Beril Toka graduated from Art Center College of Design (Pasadena, CA) where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design, with her work spanning different forms of design from print to motion. Her ability to conceptualize, direct and execute projects that span multiple disciplines of design makes her specially suited for collaborations with creatives from different fields of the creative arts. Her personal interests include world travel, learning new languages, photography, silk screening, film, eastern philosophy, reading and music. She also likes to use the web platform tumblr almost every day and wishes someone would pay her to do it.
Beril moved from Istanbul to Southern California at the age of 12. She is currently working on side-project music group Jazzmilk with friend and talented designer Aaron Jacob Horwitz.
